Applied Discovery and the 2010 LTN Legal Technology Vendor Satisfaction Survey
June 29, 2010 - By Rob RobinsonThe recently released 2010 Law Technology News Legal Technology Vendor Satisfaction Survey examines law firm professional usage of and satisfaction with technology across 25 different product categories .
The survey was conducted between January 29, 2010 and April 9, 2010 by means of a confidential, web-based questionnaire. A survey invitation was sent to professionals in law firms who have input into the technology purchasing process. A link to the online survey was also available online through the LTN website. A total of 610 responses were received and for individual vendors to be rated, each vendor must have received a minimum of eight (8) responses for that category.
Within the 25 survey categories - Applied Discovery was mentioned by respondents in all six core electronic discovery areas:
- Analysis
- Collection
- Processing
- Review
- Production
- Litigation Support Software
Vendor Rating By Category - eDiscovery Services - Analysis: Page 29 of 61
- Applied Discovery was one of only two vendors with enough survey responses to be rated.
- Likelihood of respondents to recommend Applied Discovery - 62.5% Very Likely
- Applied Discovery was one of only three vendors with enough survey responses to be rated.
- Likelihood of respondents to recommend Applied Discovery - 75% Very Likely
