Chris Marzetti is an attorney and senior electronic discovery specialist in the Bellevue office of Applied Discovery, a division of LexisNexis. In this role, he counsels clients on a wide range of discovery matters including data gathering, negotiating scope limitations, formulating e-discovery and document review strategies, and production. Mr. Marzetti also works with clients to develop cost-saving strategies in matters involving the collection, processing and review of large-scale discovery of electronically stored information.

Mr. Marzetti has extensive experience in a variety of complex e-discovery issues with particular expertise in commercial and patent litigation, counseling some of the country’s largest law firms, corporations and state governments. He is also frequently engaged by these clients to assist with broad internal investigations and audits.

Prior to joining Applied Discovery, Mr. Marzetti was part of the complex litigation group of Lane Powell LLP in Seattle, focusing on class action defense and business litigation. Mr. Marzetti graduated cum laude from Gonzaga University School of Law, and received his B.A. from Boston College.
