As the leader of Applied Discovery’s Financial Crisis Response Team, Ms. Henschel blends her specialized knowledge gained while managing complex corporate litigation as former E-Discovery Counsel at a Fortune 100 corporation with her law firm experience to help financial institutions maneuver through the intricacies of federal investigations. Ms. Henschel is a subject matter expert on topics such as:

A frequent speaker and author on e-discovery, Mr. Hellewell has extensive knowledge and expertise of the procedures and expectations of state and federal agencies. As both an e-discovery consultant and former practicing attorney, Hellewell has counseled clients in over 100 Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission second requests, civil investigative demands, subpoenas duces tecum, grand jury subpoenas, Securities and Exchange Commission investigations and other e-discovery cases. Based in Washington D.C., Hellewell is a subject matter expert on topics such as:
