Applied Discovery announces the launch of its new electronic discovery suite of services, Applied Discovery® Leverage™, at ILTA 2010 on August 22-26, 2010 in Las Vegas (Booth #933).

New Partnership Enables Delivery of EMC SourceOne eDiscovery - Kazeon for Early Case Assessment with Applied Discovery End-to-End E-Discovery Services

Applied Discovery announced an agreement with EMC Corporation that leverages the Applied Discovery leading market presence and portfolio of services by integrating with EMC SourceOne eDiscovery – Kazeon for collection and early case assessment. The combined offering will enable corporate clients to leverage EMC's unmatched capabilities to collect, cull and analyze e-discovery data behind the corporate firewall and then to seamlessly move the data into the efficient Applied Discovery processing and review engines. Clients will also have the option of using EMC advanced analytics on an outsourced basis and throughout the review process.

"Assessing risk and managing e-discovery at the earliest possible phase of litigation or investigations is of paramount concern to legal departments.
